Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellation: Clients can cancel their appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through the online booking portal or by contacting our spa directly. *Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may also incur a fee*. Late Arrivals Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond this period, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to accommodate other clients. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Deposit and Payment Policy Deposit Requirement: Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the final bill. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems, as indicated on our booking portal. Privacy and Confidentiality Data Protection: All personal information provided during the booking process is securely stored and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality: Client information and treatment details are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
